I’m Tracey, a hand embroiderer and textile artist living in beautiful Belper.

I run No 31 Embroidery, a bespoke embroidery business where each piece is unique.

I specialise in 3d stumpwork which is a decorative embroidery technique that creates three-dimensional elements by raising stitches above the fabric surface and separate embroidered parts.

My work grows from a deep love of nature and the sea.

I transform memories and photographs into thread-painted pictures.

Each piece is a little journey — landscapes, seascapes and treasured moments stitched into colourful, textured keepsakes.

I also do a range of pendants and brooches.
